We wanted to inform you about an important change regarding credit card payments at our dental office. Due to rising costs associated with processing credit/debit card transactions, we find it necessary to introduce a surcharge fee. The decision was not taken lightly, and we assure you that it is essential for us to continue providing you with the highest quality of care. There will be a surcharge of 3% applied to all credit/debit card payments. This will be added to the total amount. This fee is reflective of the charges imposed on us by the credit card companies. This will take effect immediately. We understand that this change may inconvenience some of you, but we hope you appreciate our dedication to maintaining exceptional service. To avoid this fee we do accept cash and checks at no additional cost. We value your trust and support, and we will continue to strive for excellence in our practice. Thank you for your understanding.
